Canwin Academy provides educational consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Strategy and roadmap planning
   

• Application and essay guidance
   

• College list guidance
   

• Profile building and extracurricular planning
   

• Comprehensive application support
   

All services are advisory in nature. We guide students and families through the college admissions process, but final decisions (including admissions outcomes) rest with colleges and universities.

 

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for students in Middle School through Grade 12, along with their parents/guardians. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

 

3. No Guarantee of Admission

Canwin Academy does not guarantee admission to any school, program, or scholarship. We provide professional advice and support, but admissions decisions are made solely by each institution.

 

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Fees for services must be paid in accordance with the package or session agreed upon.
   

• Payments are non-refundable once a session or package has begun.
   

• Missed appointments without prior notice may be forfeited.
   

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; however, rates for confirmed sessions/packages will remain as agreed at the time of booking.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
   

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to reschedule without penalty.
   

• Repeated cancellations may result in service termination.

 

6. Student & Parent Responsibilities

• Students and parents agree to provide accurate information regarding academic history, extracurricular activities, and other relevant details.
   

• Students are responsible for completing their own applications, essays, and submissions; Canwin Academy provides guidance only.
   

• Parents/guardians are responsible for overseeing their child’s participation and ensuring communication with our advisors is respectful and professional.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

• We respect the confidentiality of all client information. Personal and academic details shared with Canwin Academy will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, guides, and resources provided by Canwin Academy are for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

• Canwin Academy is not liable for any admissions outcomes, scholarship results, or related financial impacts.
   

• We are not responsible for technical issues, application portal problems, or errors made by third-party platforms.
   

• Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
