Eligibility & Application

At Canwin Academy, we are committed to ensuring that financial challenges or life circumstances never prevent a student from pursuing their college dreams.

Who Qualifies?

Students may qualify for free or reduced-cost services if they meet one or more of the following:

1. Income-Based

   • Eligible for Free or Reduced-Price Lunch at school

   • Household income below $40K

   • Receiving government assistance such as SNAP, Medicaid, or housing support
      

2. Foster Care / Guardianship

   • Currently in foster care, kinship care, or under non-parent legal guardianship
      

3. Other Circumstances (Case-by-Case)

   • Loss of a parent/guardian

   • Serious illness or disability in the immediate family affecting finances

   • Housing insecurity or homelessness

   • Other extraordinary hardship

2. Applications are reviewed confidentially within 7–10 business days.
